Board Planning

I have 30 years of experience in Board Planning, having worked with companies large and small, public and private, for profit and non-profit.

As a facilitator, I would attend your off-site planning meeting (often meetings held are at a hunting lodges, ski resorts, etc).  I come in as a true independent 3rd party and utilize typical strategic planning tools, such as: SWAT Analysis, Idea Mapping, Forward Visioning, etc. The “art of panning” is not in the tools. The art of planning is drawing Ideas, Vision and Passion from the participants, and framing them.

I have no side agenda. I am not looking for board seats or ongoing consulting work. My goal is to stretch your thinking and help you frame your Strategy and Policies.
